As Planting Change Foundation Executive Director, Bernis Cunningham works to empower youth in environmental management in Nicaragua. He is an active lawyer in Nicaragua and studied Environmental Sustainable Management at UC Berkeley. He collaborates with various international NGOs, government delegations, students, teachers, and communities from all parts of the world to develop national and international projects of environmental conservation and human sustainable development. Bernis is a member of the Environmental Law Alliance Worldwide, Climate Action Network Latin America, Real Food System Youth Ambassador, Act4FoodAct4Change, and UN YOUNGO.
