Debora has a background in Laboratory Technology from Arusha Technical College. Since graduating she has transitioned into agriculture, specializing in vegetable and grain farming. She is passionate about motivating youth, especially women, to engage in food and organic agriculture, driving sustainability and self-reliance. Debora is the founder of the Agrigenious Foundation Tanzania which is a platform aimed at connecting young farmers with experienced farmers. She is committed to empowering local farmers, especially youth, to foster a more resilient and sustainable agricultural community within Tanzania.
