Elsa is studying chemistry and biology at the University of Newcastle, Australia. For her high school thesis at age 17, she did a research paper and accompanying video entitled: "Industrial Animal Agriculture: Environmental Impacts and Solutions". Her activities with RFS include: the creation of original orientation slides 2020, social media layout and content, and website 2021 layout. Elsa is also passionate about the ocean, and is a creative plant-based cook.
