Interests: Climate education and food equity

Katie has a background in languages and education, with experience teaching in a range of countries, including India. She is passionate about widening access to education as a means to reducing inequalities and caring for our planet. She believes that understanding the link between food and the world around us is a vital way to tackle the climate emergency, as well as to promote greater wellbeing and equality. In co-leading the RFS Social Media team, Katie has engaged in raising awareness of a range of food issues and projects, including through live interviews and conversations.
