Greek Potatoes



Ingredients

  • 1 cup of vegetable broth

  • 1/2 cup of olive oil

  • Juice of 2 lemons

  • 2 tsp of dried oregano

  • 1 tbsp mustard

  • 2 tsp salt

  • 6 gold potatoes


Instructions

  1. Pre-heat the oven at 400F or 200C

  2. Put all ingredients besides the potatoes in an oven-safe dish and mix

  3. Cut potatoes in wedges and place in the dish with the sauce mixture

  4. Place the dish into the oven and let cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes, mixing halfway through cooking time.
