Greek Potatoes
Ingredients
1 cup of vegetable broth
1/2 cup of olive oil
Juice of 2 lemons
2 tsp of dried oregano
1 tbsp mustard
2 tsp salt
6 gold potatoes
Instructions
Pre-heat the oven at 400F or 200C
Put all ingredients besides the potatoes in an oven-safe dish and mix
Cut potatoes in wedges and place in the dish with the sauce mixture
Place the dish into the oven and let cook for 1 hour and 10 minutes, mixing halfway through cooking time.
